Shipping
Free shipping for all standard shipping orders over $100 NZD
Orders under $100 NZD will be charged $8.00NZD
All rural delivery address will be charged $12.00NZD
We use Aramex couriers and although we endeavour to deliver to you overnight it can take 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. If your order has not arrived 4 working days after it was placed then please email info@lovemaisy.co.nz with your order number and contact details.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO BOXES, so please ensure your shipping address is a physical address.
We are currently only delivering to New Zealand shipping addresses.
Returns
At Love Maisy our aim is to provide you with quality products and service at all times, so if you are not fully satisfied with any of the items you have purchased, you can return it for a refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery provided the garments are in new, unworn condition, with all the tags still attached. Where a product is exchanged and there is a difference in value we will refund or ask for you to cover the difference in price.
Please contact us via email at info@lovemaisy.co.nz in order for us to start the returns the process.
Currently you are responsible for the cost in returning your item(s) to us and we recommend using a trackable postage service so please keep your tracking number/receipt. You will be notified via email once your returns have been received and approved. Refunds will be processed back via the original payment method used to make the order.
We will refuse returns of items where it is apparent that the conditions of return have not been met.
